translation and rights for Viktor Krivulin?

Dear SEELANGers,
I've been working on some translations by the Leningrad Underground
poet Viktor Krivulin, and I'm wondering how to go about obtaining
permissions for some poems' eventual publication.  Any advice, contact
info, or possible leads would be much appreciated.
I know that at some time in the last decade a Michael Molnar published
a few translations, and was apparently preparing a collection of
Krivulin's poetry in English.  Does anyone have contact information
for Mr. Molnar?
