A book on Okudzhava and Galich's lyrics

Dear Colleagues,



For a course on the Soviet experiment in literature, I am trying to track down the book, "The dilemma of Soviet man: A study of the underground lyrics of Bulat Okudzhava and Aleksander Galich" by Richard Zavon.

The book was published by the US Army Institute for Advanced Russian Studies, Garmisch, Germany 1977.

World Cat shows that there are only two libraries worldwide which own the book, neither of which is willing to lend it.

I was wondering if someone, by any chance, owns the book and would be willing to lend/make a copy/sell it to me.
