problems with webpage encoding for Cyrillic on a mac

Not surprising!  This page is being served as x-mac-cyrillic, which is not, as far as I can see, a registered character set for HTML, unless it is an alias for KOI-8, in which case try selecting that encoding.  This whole site is a bizarre mixture of pages in windows-1251, utf-8, and now this.  So it's really their fault, not yours...
