The School of Modern Languages is seeking to appoint a full time Reader in Russian.  You will be expected to hold a PhD, and should possess native or near-native language skills in Russian and English. Applications are invited from candidates with a specialist interest in any area of Russian literature and culture, although applications in visual arts, film and twentieth to twenty-first century literature and culture are particularly encouraged. Applications will be considered from both Lecturers at or near the top of the Lecturer scale and Senior Lecturers (or above).
