Akhmatova and "Anty" (Antonina Mikhailovna Oranzhireeva)?

It has long been accepted as established that Antonina Mikhailovna  
Oranzhireeva (1897-1960), who provided "evidence" against Daniil  
Kharms, was informing on Akhmatova.

Does anyone know what the source/documentation for this knowledge is?
