Reading Cyrillic laser fonts

Does anyone know if it is possible to read an old Cyrillic laser font (with
a modified keyboard layout, readable on Mac OS9) on a Mac OSX computer?

Or how to transfer a text composed in that font into a format readable on
computers in Russia?

Please reply either on or off list.
