Phonetic Russian Shrift for Windows Vista

I'm a Mac person, so I've never tried.  But I generally direct my PC-using students to this page: http://shininghappypeople.net/deljr/gringos/vista/index.htm  Most seem able to follow the download directions.  Hope this helps!
