Russian Teacher's Assistantships In the USA

Hey everyone, 
   I have a friend who lives in Nizhny Novgorod, speaks fluent English and is looking for opportunities to come to the United States on a stipend or fellowship to teach Russian. I know that Fulbright has teaching fellows, but does anyone know of others that she would be eligible to apply for? She is a "specialist" (between Bachelor and Master in terms of US years) who studied at the Linguistic University of Nizhny Novgorod.
