It features an interview with the Professor of the European University in St. Petersburg Nikolay Vakhtin discussing the studies of indigenous nations of the Russian North, Vadim Osin's article about the Ukrainian government officials pursuing academic degrees, a reflection essay about a collection of articles entitled "After Soviet Marxism", and the last batch of essays from the international seminar "The Humanities and Democratization in Post-Soviet Lands: Successes and Missed Opportunities."
