Query about Soviet era "growing up" and "coming of age" narratives

Dear Wise and Generous SEELANGS Colleagues,

A student is working on a comparative research paper looking at prose
fiction narratives of "growing up" and "coming of age" written under
conditions of political violence/repression. I would be grateful for any
recommendations of Soviet narratives of this type.
