Siouan conference

Dear All,
	Randy Graczyk just asked about the date for the next Siouan
conference, so I'll try to tell you what's going on.  Alice Anderton has
been working with a woman at the Caddo tribal office in Binger, OK for the
possibility of meeting at their tribal complex, but there are some
obstacles still to be overcome before we can confirm that or set a date.
if that goes through, I hope the Caddos and Wichitas will co-host the
meeting.  You will need to plan to camp on the Caddo grounds, or stay in
motels in Anadarko or (if you insist on a city) Oklahoma City.  The City
is a good hour's drive from the tribal complex; Anadarko is 15-20 minutes
(that's a guess).

I don't have a backup plan at this point -- so if anyone has an
alternative idea that could be implemented quickly, please let me know.
