Without thinking I appended a list of suddenly and frequently auxiliaries
from Dorsey's mms. to the end of a discussion of "OP bi vs. i with egaN."
It occurred to me later that some folks might be interested in that but
not the proximate/obviative marking and egaN issues.  See the end of my
