The use of = as opposed to dashes or lack of spacing is mine, but the
decision to write the forms as one word is Dorsey's.  Of course, it's not
always clear what his practices might mean, but they're consistent with
the one example of this that I recall from elicitation (umaN'haN=bdhiN).
