Proverbs/superstitions.

I actually experienced this one.  The very first Wichita text I ever
recorded was a winter story told in the summer; the speaker laughed about
the superstition at the time.  But when the lady went home that very same
day she discovered a giant bull snake behind her bread box in the kitchen.
Needless to say, I never got another winter story in the summer.
