This matches the Omaha-Ponca mi'kka part, if it's an aspirated c, since
mi'kka implies Proto Mississippi Valley Siouan *mihka (or some obstruent +
obstruent cluster like *pk instead of *hk).  The *mihka possibility would
regularly come out mic^ha in Dakotan, with preaspiration was converted to
aspiration, and the kh was affricated after i.
