I'm fairly sure at this point that there was no 1994 SACC.  I seem to
remember this happening, in one of the intervals in which the scheduling
of the meeting changed.  In addition, though the evidence is negative, I
notice that I have directories under the SACC directory on my hard drive
for 1989 to 1999, less 1994.  After that I started putting the directories
in another location.

It's possible that somebody else might havea recollection that would
confirm this.
