So I guess the next question is whether there is a hard copy somewhere?
Regardless of John's assertion that "it's easy enough to repeat", "easy"
is a relative term! And I'm not too likely to undertake such a thing.  and
anyway, it sounds as though a great deal of work was done on the output,
and by a team of people with lots more expertise than I have.

But thanks for the algorithm, John.  I'll show it to Wally Hooper (at
the Institute) and see what he thinks.
