Siouan Place Name

On the way to and from the Siouan Conference David Rood and I noticed the
following street name in Norfolk [Norfork], NE:  Ta Ha Zouka.  I'm
guessing this must be Omaha, perhaps ttahe' 'antler' or ttehe' 'buffalo
horn' + z^u'kka?  z^oN'kka? (?), but, of course, if it were a well known
polka tune or the name of a sister city in Tibet I would be none the
wiser.
