=be Plural/Proximate in Kaw; =pe Plural/Proximate in Osage

It's probably the =-sign at the front of the plural morphemes.  I use that
to indicate an enclitic, following the practice of the Uto-Aztecanists and
probably others. A lot of spam blockers also dislike some of the my
"NetSiouan" conventions, like random capitals midword or stay ^.
