For the record, J. O. Dorsey attempted an Omaha-Ponca translation of The Gospel According to St. Mark, but I think he only made it as far as the the first chapter or two. However slim, I think I'd call it a "Bible portion."

To update the Ethnologue, translation of the Bible into Lakota is underway. It is a project of the American Bible Society. Currently available is the Gospel of Luke in video format and two topical selections in print with audio. The Gospel of John, Acts, and Psalms are in progress.
