I am deeply sorry and shocked to hear this. I only got to know Carolyn
when I shared rooms with her and Linda Cumberland at the Siouan/Caddoan
Conference in Billings. I had looked forward to seeing her and hearing
from her in years to come. Her passing is a huge loss.
