ASL Bibliography

I am trying to put together a bibliography of publications for teaching ASL
to High School age students. This bibliography is intended for personal use,
but I would be happy to send what I compile to anyone who requests a copy.
If anyone has any references they could share with me through private email
(so as not to clutter up the list), I would greatly appreciate it. I am
hoping to develop a short description or summary of each reference so if you
feel inclined to include that, please do. I do not have access to many of
the teaching curriculums available, so if anyone can send me some of the
reference info for them as well, I would appreciate that, too. Please send
