  1)  NJ-L News was started January 1996 as a private E-Mail
      subscribers list.

  2)  There are over 500 NJ-L News subscribers.  There are unlimited
      potential of USA-L subscribers.

  3)  The objective is to share news and information for and about
      Deaf and Hard of Hearing subscribers.

  4)  USA-L News provides fast and effective time release news and
      information at no cost.

  5)  USA-L News has encouraged Deaf and Hard of Hearing to get onto
      the world of Online Services or Internet.

  6)  USA-L News surfs the Internet and shares with subscribers
      relevant news and information.
