ASL Transcription

I am interested in finding out if there are any guidelines/criteria for
reliability for transcription for American Sign Language (ASL).  I have
used the transcription coding system described by Baker & Cokely (American
Sign Language:  A Teacher's Resource Text on Grammar and Culture, 1980).  I
would like to find out if anyone has come across or has developed a set of
guidelines for interrater reliability.
