Stokoe notation font?

Apologies to those of you who are on more than one of these lists and will
thus receive more than one copy.

I am looking for some advice regarding fonts for Stokoe notation (I
generally use HamNoSys). Are there any available, either for the version
used for ASL notation, or the modified version for BSL? I have found work by
Angus Grieve-Smith on the web, but his font (very much work in progress)
does not support diacritics. Are there any others I can download from
somewhere?
