acquisition/deaf parents, hearing child

Dear all,
 
I am looking for references concerning the acquisition of hearing children from deaf parents (parents' strategy in communication, eventual difficulties, eventual guidance proposed to the parents, etc.). A doctor wants to collect testimonies from deaf  parents (here in Tours) in order to give more information and help to future deaf parents of an hearing child and she wanted to get an idea of what has already be done in the field elsewhere.
