question on notation systems

Hello,

I am Brigitta Horvath from Hungary. I would be really grateful if you
could help me in gathering information on notation systems. I am mainly
interested in which systems are mostly used by researchers (both for
transcribing single signs and whole sentences).
 I know many systems and our small researchers' group has decided to
write down the Hungarian Sign Language. So please write me which
notation sytsem (along with which computer application) you use for
research and how satisfied you are with that.
