BSL FINISH appears in 2 regional forms: in the first, fists are held
at chest level, palms facing, thumbs extended, and the hands are
moved in small circles in the plane parallel to the body (used in
England), and the second (used in Scotland) formed with angled
flat hands, at chest height, closing to flat O (and lowering slightly.
