Dear all

At first I want to thank Christian Vogler for his open words. Sociologists of science, take them up!

Secondly, I want to state that I am no enemy of technology and I adhere the opinion that a small aid is better than nothing. But we need either honest self-evaluation or a third party evaluation of products in order to avoid that the loudest or those going with the fashion get most of the funding.

Thirdly, we need clear statements from the deaf concerning their needs and product evaluations.
