Incorrect. Sign language is what you see, so SignWriting represents
what you see. Spoken language is about what you can hear, which does
not include the tongue position, airflow diagrams, nor glottal activity.
The type of system you describe was created by Alexander Graham Bell (or
his father) for teaching deaf to speak, not read.
Poor comparison in my opinion,
