Smile. I kind of like the idea of an ASL-using town, I think it would have a lot of positive ramifications for the Deaf, but South Dakota....? Ugh. (I'm in the S.F. Bay area myself) Indiana is a little better, but I'm suspecting he's thinking of somewhere in the boonies of Indy.... But, those are areas as Adam Frost mentioned, cheap and less-developed (and Marvin happens to be living there...).
