Onderwerp: [SLLING-L] Austrian Sign Language database
Dear colleagues,
The Austrian Sign Language database has now more than 12.000 entries
(partially including 2-4 dialectal variants). It can now be accessed
directly via
http://ledasila.uni-klu.ac.at/TPM/public/public_main.asp?sid=&language=E
NG&languageid=2 (English version)
or
http://ledasila.uni-klu.ac.at/TPM/public/public_main.asp?sid= (home in
German).
By the way: Our database was completely changed into a web format, so
all info/features can be handled via the Internet.
After the Marrakech workshop we will offer LEDASILA (Lexical Database
for Sign Languages) for free non-commercial use. Then everyone who has
the authorisation from a deaf community can use LEDASILA for documenting
the respective sign language (or variant). All relevant description
terms can be changed into any alphabetically represented language by
contacting us.
A dictionary containing medical terms in German, Czech and Austrian Sign
Language can be found at:

A small comparative dictionary (= word list) of Hungarian and Austrian
Sign Language can be found at:
