Do any sign language research methods are in a book?

I've written a book chapter about elicitation dos and don'ts:
Fischer, S. (2009). Sign language field methods. In J. Tai & Jane
Tsay (eds.) Taiwan Sign Language and beyond.. pp. 1-19. Taiwan
Institute of Humanities, National Chung Cheng University, Taiwan.

You might also want to look at books on field methods generally; many
of the techniques and ideas apply to signed languages. Claire Bowern
has a new book that is quite good.
