Please DON'T quote the digest or message you're replying to, except as much as is relevant IF ANY. My mailbox is filling up with messages consisting of 
	Hola.
	Hi.
	Me too.
	Yo!
	Here.
and so on, each of them quoting... let's see, the latest one has at least six levels of quotation, including digest headers, mail headers, MIME headers, and HTML code, and uses 39K of space, just to say "Hi" in reply to "SLLing-L -- to stay connected, respond to this email".
