SW to HamNoSys

Your best bet would be to check with Rachel Channon as she has been working 
on a multi-conversion program between SignWriting, HamNoSys and a third 
system which she presented at TISLR in Indiana.  She has the largest 
corpus available in both languages, to the best of my knowledge. 

HamNoSys does not have as many parameters as SW so there may be some things missing.
