[Slling-l] three-year post-doctoral research position

Dear colleagues, 

I'm pleased to announce a three-year post-doctoral research position in the Department of Linguistics at Ghent University (non-renewable). Applications should be sent in no later than 20 April 2016 at 23:59 (CET).

This is part of a broader initiative on the part of the faculty  to recruit high level research-focussed staff in order to build its international research reputation. Therefore the researcher is expected to present relevant scientific publications in major academic journals and books. At least 90% of their time will be spent on academic research in the field of Linguistics. Their research should fit in one or more of the research groups of the Linguistics department, one of them being "LANG+" or  "Language in Society and Multilingualism", which holds a research unit focusing on sign language research (http://www.flwresearch.ugent.be/en/research-groups/lang-language-society-and-multilingualism).
