CREATING A SIGNBANK DICTIONARY 3
I then opened the new "SignBank DE PictDict" folder, and started SignBank by clicking on Navigation. Be sure to use the Editor password: 54321. Once inside, change your Navigation Language to "Deutchland"...so now you have the German flag at the top of the Navigation Panel:
