Dear SignWriting List Members:
I am happy to announce that SignBank does NOT require FileMaker any longer. The shareware program is called "SignBank Runtime", and it is now available on the web for free. Although it is best to use FileMaker, if you are doing a "serious" database, the SignBank Runtime gives beginners a chance to test the program. Please see attached instructions for those who want to try SignBank Runtime. I will start teaching again soon, and it might be fun for some of you to follow along:
