SignBank 2002 Instruction, Task 2

Here is an attached diagram showing three signs. The two signs for
"hello" both will fit beautifully throughout SignBank, since they fit
within the size 86 by 86. The sign for "Nicaragua" is too wide. I did
not try to reduce it myself. I just made the box wider to fit the
sign. The sign for Nicaragua will show up reduced in some layouts in
the Portal, since it is too wide, but SignBank will do the reduction
automatically...
