SignBank 2002 Instruction, Task 14, Part 1...

The SignBank CD comes with two special folders for Editors:

1. SignBank Archives Folder
2. SignBank Links Folder

The Archives Folder stores graphics files that are "embedded" in
SignBank. The Links Folder stores graphics files that are NOT
embedded...they are "linked"....
