Greatest coffee drinkers?

Hi Ingvild,

i thought the Dutch would drink the most coffee? Interesting we are both
cold countries, thus after lugging through the snow, there is nothing better
then a nice, strong, hot .......cup of coffee (being cheeky.)

However, what about the Italians?  There, cuppachino, lattee, Machiato,
Espresso etc, shows that they are also great coffee drinkers........

Uhm.... smells good ... and we Norwegians are the greates coffe-drinkers
in the world (I did not say we make the best coffe, but we *drink* it)
