SignBank Menus in Chinese, Japanese, Arabic...

I am no expert either, but it seems to me that if Filemaker supports a
unicode font for the font that handles the menus, then it should be
reasonably easy to enter the menu items as text using a unicode font.  The
question is whether the font Filemaker uses for menus supports unicode or if
it can be changed to a unicode font. There is a unicode Arial font that is
quite large and contains many characters from a wide variety of languages
including Arabic, Japanese, and Chinese if I am not mistaken.
