Ingvild, I am curious as to how you see two right hands in diagram 3?
The thumb of the top hand is pointing toward you, therefore its the left
hand back of hand. The bottom hand is pointed forward and to the right.
The thumb is detached to show that the hand is pointing forward as well as
being seen on edge. It's really the only place to attach the thumb that is
still clear and can show the wiggling of the thumb with the open and close
knuckle symbol.
