Possible rotation marker

This is just a wild thought, but maybe it isn't worth anything.  I'll just
throw it out.

Would it have any value to have variations of these symbols for every
orientation which could then be used with a "vanilla" handshape symbol as a
standard alternative for using handshape shading? The reason I ask is
because I can see where it might be helpful for research writing (to isolate
the hand orientation from the handshape) in a written form. For everyday
use, the handshadings and these symbols for 45 degrees is enough.  I'm just
thinking for an understood variation of writing that people could
understand?

Just a thought.  If I'm off my rocker, then that's fine too. :)
