Relation between sss-1995 and sss-2002

Dear list,

The work on our converter is progressing fine, we already can convert from and
to dic and swml files. We need some more information however. Our current
swml output uses sss-1995. It should however also be possible to use sss-1999
and sss-2002/2004.
We have found the relation between sss-1995 and sss-1999 on the SignWriting
website, but we found nothing about the relation between the sss-2002 and the
sss-1995/1999.
Could someone point us to a comparison or a conversion table or document?
