Dear SW List and Jim -
Thanks for this question. Are you talking about a little curved line 
that is over or under or near some movement symbols? It is called a 
Simultaneous Line, because it connects movement symbols that are done 
"at the same time". You are correct....it means that two movements are 
done together...Please see the attached GIF...
