Problems with DOS SW44 Dictionary Creation

Thanks for the instructions. I'm using Windows 98 and I had dragged and
dropped.

Setting the files to archive and not readonly solved that problem but there
was another crash soon after - I didn't note the exact error message but it
was due to one of the files not being open.

I also kept finding that although I could set the dictionary to 044
permanently, the country kept reverting to 353 each time I opened SW44.

So I decided to install it properly instead of just dragging and dropping -
and this fixes _all_ problems  :)
