I am in the process of developing the instructions as I install it on my
offline computer. So I will post the instructions as soon as I have it
all cleaned up and ready to go.  Also, I am trying to make sure that I
am not assuming anything in my instructions so that people without
computer expertise can install it with as little confusion as possible ;).

Stefan was fortunate that he had a student visiting him that knew how to
figure out the other steps that I had not gotten to as of yet. I hope to
have it ready this week.
