IMWA Handshape Construction and Sequencing continued...

Imagine if you have two handshapes that are very similar to each other.
Perhaps one has the fingers spread, and the other has the fingers
together. Which handshape comes first in the SSS?

What about two handshapes that are exactly the same, except in one, the
fingertips touch, and in the other, the thumb touches in the middle of
the finger rather than the tips. Which handshape comes first and which
comes second? Here are the rules:
