Hello Everyone, and Stefan!
Your excellent video transcription of the poem One Harbor will soon be
on the web, and so will mine...and I will share this with all of you...

Regarding your question above, Stefan...are you asking for more stories
or poems on video to transcribe? Because I have around 8 different ASL
literature videos to be transcribed, and all of them can become great
documents for the web, or published in book form someday...

For example, Darline Clark Gunsauls wrote her version of Humpty Dumpty
in ASL, directly in SignWriting. So Darline's was not a video
transcription. It was her knowledge of her own language, and she
expressed it in writing directly. Take a look on this web page:

Humpty Dumpty in ASL
http://www.SignWriting.org/library/children

BUT...her brother Kevin Clark did do a video ASL version of his
own...another version of Humpty Dumpty in his own ASL...and the video
is short but fast, as you know his style of fast signing...and I love
what he did...

So I have an understanding with Darline and Kevin, that we would
someday publish both versions of Humpty Dumpty...so if you would like
another video transcription project after we finish One Harbor, I will
be happy to prepare Kevin's Humpty Dumpty video and photos for a web
posting..

We also have three versions of Cinderella in ASL by three different
signers, several versions of Sleeping Beauty, and a magnificent
performance by Darline of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs in ASL...that
is a long telling of a long story and it will be a real book in
SignWriting...she includes the most wonderful facial expressions
showing the personalities of the seven dwarfs!

Val ;-)
